Introduction
mageba RESTON®LINEAR bearings are designed to transmit vertical and horizontal loads, with the ability to absorb load deflection of bridge beams when perpendicular to the axis of tilt. They are suitable for structures with sufficient transverse stiffness to prevent torsion or transverse inclination.

Design & Types

• RESTON®LINEAR Type L: Consists of two steel plates, one dished as a tilting plate, capable of transmitting loads in every direction. Often used with Type LGe and LGa bearings.
• RESTON®LINEAR Type LGe: Allows movement in one direction with three steel plates and PTFE surfacing for tilting and sliding. Guide bars absorb horizontal loads.
• RESTON®LINEAR Type LGa: Permits movement in every direction with a similar three-plate design and PTFE surfacing.

All types can be equipped with anchor plates upon request.

CE Conformity
RESTON®LINEAR bearings comply with EN 1337 standards and are CE marked, ensuring systematic inspection by independent certification bodies.
