The efficient bridging system for suppressing noise transmission at pipe openings. Prinzip The principle Installation of the LASTO®ISOSWIFT bridging system prevents noise transmission where pipes pass through openings in the structure. The LASTO®ISOSWIFT system is simply pressed into position around the pipe after an acoustic bearing has been installed. The large, solid rubber base covers the cutouts for the pipe in the acoustic bearing. Adhesive tape suitable for concrete is used to seal the overlaps to the acoustic bearing and the pipe padding firmly secured to the pipe, using the cable tie supplied. Installation on floor slab bearing Application areas Installation on wall bearing The LASTO®ISOSWIFT system is installed wherever structure-borne noise bridges at pipe openings have to be avoided. The pipe padding is extremely easy to install, and provides additional protection, since no cement mortar can penetrate between the support and the pipe. The extra-long pipe padding suppresses structure-borne noise transmission over the entire critical height of the pipe. The materials used in the system are to the latest technical standards, and facilitate reliable installation on the construction site.
