To submit artwork via FTP, please compress (zip) all files before sending and visit: www.lumicor.com/upload. FILE PREPARATION A. Acceptable file formats include: • Adobe Photoshop (flattened .psd or .tiff) • Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) B. ll files containing text should have the text elements converted to outlines before sending. A C. rtwork should be created at full scale with an additional 1" bleed on all sides. If images on separate panels will need to edge A align, an additional 2" bleed on all sides is required (see example below). This image will be trimmed at the magenta line (1" of bleed, not to edge align). Yields the same part size as the image on the right. If a proper allowance is not added, images may not properly align. This image will be trimmed at the magenta line (2" of bleed, to edge align). Yields the same part size as the image on the left. If additional bleed is included, images will be more likely to properly align. D. Image resolution should be between 200 ppi and 400 ppi. E. Any received artwork that does not conform to these guidelines may require that one of Lumicor’s in-house designers dedicate additional file preparation time.
