UJCOMADESCRIPTION WSG-H3 horizontal weather-proof louvre for supply and exhaust air WSG-H3 horizontal weather-proof louvre for supply and exhaust air Horizontal weather-proof louvres act as the horizontal duct closure for fitting on the outside of buildings or as ventilation opening closures on roofs. The horizontal weather-proof louvre offers a visually more attractive alternative as a rain protector or a protector hood. WSG-H3 horizontal weather-proof louvre for supply and exhaust air Frame made of 3 mm thick aluminium profiles bent at the edges and continuously seam welded, frame depth 320 mm. Upper contact flange flush, standard flange width 100 mm. Inner circumferential drip rail 50 mm and drains at the bottom for water removal. With three vane bearings made of specially shaped vanes made of 1 mm aluminium sheet. Vanes positioned in the frame using spacers and bolted torsionally rigid to the frame by tie rods running horizontally through the vanes and spacers. Galvanised protection grill (mesh width 16/16 mm) to prevent entry of coarse dirt and small animals. Attached to vanes at the top. Design versions: H3 for supply and exhaust air, roof pitch 0°- 35° H3-SDf for supply and exhaust air, roof pitch 36°- 55° (water drained over roof) H3-SDs for supply and exhaust air, roof pitch 56°- 80° (water drained over roof) Above a minimum size of 400 mm x 400 mm, all dimensions available to the nearest millimetre. Materials: - Aluminium (standard), frame 3 mm thick, vanes 1 mm thick - Stainless steel V2A (1.4301 / 1.4307) or V4A (1.4571), frame 2 mm thick, vanes 1 mm thick - Copper, frame 2 mm thick, vanes 1 mm thick - Copper-titanium-zinc (CuTiZn), frame 2 mm thick, vanes 1 mm thick Options: - Flange width to customer requirements up to max. 600 - Bottom contact flange flush (surface-mounted variant).
