“The lamp with shade is a tough typology to reinterpret, so I began the design of Cappuccina with a simple, invisible system of orientation of the shade, that would set it apart from other models. Based only on the balancing of the shade on a glass sphere, without any mechanical attachment, this system is spontaneous, intuitive. EN Cappuccina is a fixture composed of a slender stem and metal base and a spherical light in opaline glass housing an LED module inside, on which the fabric shade is simply rested, not attached: this configuration makes it easy to freely move the shade, aiming light where it is needed.
