RAS 2.0 Self Service Guide
- Step 1: Scan the QR code at the locker or storage area with a smartphone to access the Remote Locking booking portal.
- Step 2: Select the “Book” option.
- Step 3: Check the availability of lockers.
- Step 4: Enter the required dates for the booking.
- Step 5: Select the desired locker option.
- Step 6: Fill in your details or log in if you are already registered.
- Step 7: Complete the order, including payment details if necessary.
- Step 8: An order confirmation will appear on the screen.
- Step 9: You will receive an email notification confirming the location, dates, times, and any applicable fees.
- Step 10: Prior to the booked time, you will receive another email with the location and pin number to activate the lock.
