Application: The GL-GLV series submersible
electric pumps are designed for the circulation of sewage water containing suspended solids, emptying domestic waste water
tanks, and drainage of excavations and marshy grounds.
Features: These pumps are manufactured with a cast iron casing and components made from 304 stainless steel. They include a motor stator installed in non-toxic dielectric oil for lubrication and cooling, a volute pump casing, and a mechanical seal protected by a sand-proof labyrinth. The maximum depth of immersion is 5 meters, with a maximum liquid temperature of 50°C when fully submerged and 30°C when partially submerged. The motor is class F, IP68, operating at 2900 rpm, with options for single-channel or vortex impellers.
Specifications: The pumps are available in single-phase (220-230 V, 50 Hz) and three-phase (220-240 V, 50 Hz or 380-415 V, 50 Hz) versions. The impeller types include single-channel and vortex, with a cross-section diameter of 50 mm.
Materials: The pump casing and motor casing are made from cast iron with a polybutadiene surface treatment. Other components such as the impeller, suction flange, support foot, and shaft extension are made from CrNi steel (AISI 304). The mechanical seal is composed of carbon, ceramic, and nitrile rubber.
Performance: At 2850 rpm, the pumps have varying capacities and head measurements depending on the model and phase. For example, the GLVM 55 and GLV 55 vortex models have an absorbed power of 1.5 kW and a motor rated power of 1.7 HP.
Dimensions and Weights: The document provides specific weights for different pump models, such as the GL 55 and GLV 55 weighing 27 kg.
