Foglie di Vite is one of the creations in the first edition of LIZZO Wallpapers. The subtlety, lightness and sophistication of the Italian painter Elena Carozzi seduced the LIZZO creative team. The result of this collaboration is an original limited series which fuses together the technique, knowledge and sense of beauty of both parties.

In another proposal, LIZZO depicts evocative and sensual spaces with an Arabic reminiscence which lead us to the magical environment of a Mudejar palace, a Tuareg tent or the spell of a night in the desert under a starry sky. In this universe, sophisticated sheers coexist with rich embroideries and embossed velvets with arabesque designs. LIZZO presents the longed-for current counterpoint between a more shabby appearance and a more luxurious one by combining rustic textures with thick embossed velvets to give a touch of distinction to every room. The luxurious and modern metallic embossings shine on the finishes, together with fabrics which emanate authenticity and purity such as jacquards of ethnic appearance. One of the creative challenges of LIZZO is founded on an apparent “contradictio in terminis”: the achievement of simple environments using sophisticated and rich textiles in the decoration, where the fabric itself becomes the main element. This rich chequerboard jacquard velvet in ochre and gold, or the sheer in embroidered shiny satin with a tie-dye effect, both are textiles which really deserve to stand alone and display their identity in atmospheres created to enhance their refined and determined personalities.
