PEBBLE STOOL design Lanzavecchia + Wai Stools available in two different heights and with three different backrest versions. Base consisting of 5 mm-thick steel plate as seat support and legs in steel rod Ø18 mm, with 20x5 mm and Ø14 mm-thick section joining crosspieces serving as footrests; front footrest crosspiece covered with a protective hard rubber gasket. Seat and backrest with frame consisting of two shells with outer parts of poplar plywood and inner parts of poplar plywood panel and padding in preformed polyurethane foam, both covered with a velveteen backing. The two parts of the backrest shells are joined together through a press-fit coupling system, while the two parts of the seat shell, by means of screws. Non-removable upholstery, always in black Caresse 807 leather for the outer shells, under seat and backrest, while for the padded parts, always fixed upholstery in fabric or leather. Backrest shell screwed to the base with a 5 mm thick folded steel plate and seat shell screwed to the seat support plate. All metal parts are painted with gunmetal grey epoxy powder coating. Floor support guaranteed by plastic self-levelling supports with interchangeable tips (in black PVC or felt) depending on the floor.
