SURFACE SPINNER SURFACE LEVEL 16 Proper safety surfacing is required under all play equipment. This traditional merry-go-round makes it easy for everyone to step on board and get dizzy. Unlike most whirls, the Surface Spinner is built flush with the ground, allowing wheelchair users or people with physical disabilities to transfer effortlessly onto the equipment. A seat and handrails of different heights provide extra support so they can hold on tight and enjoy the ride!
