Primer F READY-TO-USE WATERPROOFING PRIMER IN AQUEOUS DISPERSION FOR IN INDOOR WET AREAS. PRODUCT WITH LOW VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUND EMISSION RATE. Ready-to-use waterproofing primer made from a special synthetic resin in aqueous dispersion, which once dried forms an elastic water-resistant film. ADVANTAGES / FEATURES • Applicable on different types of substrates • Single component ready-to-use product that does not require any preparation • The product does not contain solvents and is therefore not flammable or hazardous; it can therefore be used in indoor areas without posing a risk to the operator • The dried film is elastic and water-resistant • The product is pigmented to allow easy identification of treated areas 5 kg (11lb) cans - 600 kg (1,322.7lb) standard pallet 10 kg (22lb) (cans - 600 kg (1,322.7lb) standard pallet Intended uses Interiors Floors and walls Underfloor heating Indoor wet areas (bathrooms, shower enclosures) Residential, public, commercial building SPAS and Saunas PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES APPLICATION The substrates must be clean, solid, compact, crack-free, properly cured and without rising damp. Suitable substrates: Cement screeds Self-levelers Cement levelers Concrete Gypsum Fiber cement slabs Gypsum-based plasters Aerated concrete Cement plasters Shake well before use. Apply Primer F using a roller or brush directly onto the substrate to be waterproofed. Apply two consecutive coats, using 150 g/m2 (5.3oz/yd 2) per coat. The second coat must be applied when the first has completely dried, that is, after about 30 minutes depending on the weather. After the drying time (approx. 20 minutes at T= 73.4°F (+23°C)), it is possible to apply the Hidroflex waterproofing membrane. In the case of low absorbency substrates, the product may eventually be diluted with water to a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 for the application of the first coat. Consult the technical data sheet of the Hidroflex waterproofing membrane for correct waterproofing of the substrates. Waterproofing systems
