Litostop Water HYDRO-EXPANSIVE THERMOPLASTIC TAPE FOR SEALING CONNECTING CASTINGS IN CONCRETE STRUCTURES FOR INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS. Hydro-expansive tape made from special modified thermoplastic elastomers for the waterproofing of connecting concrete castings. Particularly suited as a Waterstop between the slab and perimeter walls in the case of concrete swimming pools. ADVANTAGES / FEATURES Suitable for the sealing of critical areas such as connecting concrete castings between the slab and elevation walls. Suitable as a Waterstop in the development of swimming pools, baths, tanks, and water works in general. Before application, check that the surface of the concrete is completely clean and solid. Eliminate any dust or debris resulting from the casting operations. Lay Litostop Water and fix it with steel nails roughly every 15-20 cm (5.9-7.9in). Any overlapping between tapes should be at least 5 cm (2.0in). The thickness of the concrete casting, which protects the Litostop Water, must be at least 4" (10 cm).
