(290 ml) cartridge (boxes with 12 pcs) Litosil MS is a versatile and high-performance elastic adhesive grout for elastic grouting and sealing in industrial assemblies or the building sector in general, where flexible joints or powerful elastic adhesives are required for all types of materials. PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES APPLICATION The surfaces to be grouted or bonded must be perfectly clean, dry and free of dust, grease, oil and old paint. Remove the top part of the threaded part of the cartridge, screw in the plastic nozzle and cut it to the right angle depending on the desired diameter and profile. Insert the cartridge in a manual or air gun (with telescopic piston) and extrude the adhesive grout, being careful to avoid the entrainment of air. Once opened, the packages must be used in a relatively short time. The ideal operating temperature for the substrate and grout is between 59°F (15°C) and 77°F (25°C). The joints must be finished within the grout open time. Litosil MS can be painted over. The compatibility of the varnish must be tested by performing a spot test.
