Litoseal Terrazze ANTI-INFILTRATION WATER-REPELLENT PROTECTIVE IMPREGNATING AGENT FOR TERRACES Litoseal Terrazze is a solvent-based high-penetration impregnating agent with excellent water-repellent properties, effective against rising damp. The product's characteristics guarantee high waterproofing performance on surfaces to which it is applied, eliminating problems caused by the infiltration of water into small cracks, pores and joints. The product penetrates the inside of the installed surface, creating a barrier against rising humidity and salt damp, while allowing vapor permeation. It prevents the formation of mold and efflorescence, is UV-resistant and does not have a yellowing effect on the treated material. • Versatile and usable on all surfaces • Resistant to UV rays and weathering • High penetrating capacity 1.05 qts. (1 l) metal bottles (boxes with 12 pcs) Litoseal Terrazze is recommended on all materials (ceramics, stoneware, porcelain stoneware, clinkers, marble, granite, terracotta, stone, etc.) and cementitious joints. Particularly suited to solve water infiltration problems in outdoor paving exposed to rain and frost. Shake well before use. It is recommended to pre-wash the surface with the Litoscrub EVO degreasing detergent. Apply pure Litoseal Terrazze evenly onto a dry surface in accordance with the coverage ratio. Spread a thin and even layer of product using a brush, roller, airless sprayer or fleece, making sure to evenly spread the solution across the surface, carefully impregnating all joints and any cracks. After application, wait approximately 5 minutes before removing any excess product left on the surface using a clean cotton rag or paper towel. The product dries quickly and the surface can be re-opened to traffic within 2 - 4 hours of application. • Spread the product at temperatures between 40°F and 95°F • It is important to apply the recommended quantities and carefully remove any excess product within the indicated time frames to prevent greasiness. Always perform a spot test first to assess the result • Perform a spot test on a non-visible area or on non-laid materials if unfamiliar with the material or if in doubt regarding correct application times • Spread the product only on perfectly clean and dry surfaces • Do not use in combination with other chemical products • Do not use under direct sunlight • Do not use the product on wet or heated surfaces • Do not use the product if rain is forecast within the following 24 hours • Do not wash the surface within the first 24 hours of applying the treatment. Any cleaning must be performed using neutral detergents • In the case of accidental leaks, soak up the product using an absorbent material (paper, sawdust, vermiculite, etc.) and dispose of it in a suitable container
