Litogrip Floor NON-SLIP TREATMENT FOR STONEWARE, GRANITE, QUARTZ AND CERAMIC MOSAIC Litogrip Floor is a water-based non-slip treatment for silica-based materials. It reacts with the surface, creating micro escape routes for the water, facilitating drainage and increasing surface friction. 1.05 qts. (1 l) bottles (boxes with 12 pcs) Suitable for interior and exterior use on all silica-based materials such as stoneware, ceramics, granite, quartz, ceramic mosaics, etc. Shake well before use. Given the broad variety of materials on which it may be necessary to apply a non-slip treatment, all of which differ in terms of their composition, resistance and surface hardness, in order to ensure the best results in terms of the nonslip level without altering the original look of the substrate, it is necessary to perform a spot test to determine the ideal contact time between the surface and Litogrip Floor. Before applying the treatment on the entire surface, a spot test must be performed on a non-laid sample of material or in a non-visible section. Following are the indicative contact times: - Ceramics and porcelain stoneware: from 10 to 40 minutes. - Clinkers and quartz-based agglomerates: from 30 to 60 minutes. - Granite: from 60 to 90 minutes. Apply a good quantity of pure product onto the surface using a brush, roller, airless sprayer, fleece. Let the product work for as long as needed, from about 15 to 60 minutes, before soaking up the product. During this time, keep the surface consistently and evenly wet with the product. After removing the excess product once,the necessary period of time has passed, rinse well with water to remove any residue before testing the final result. The slip test must be performed on a wet surface. • Spread the product at temperatures between 40°F and 95°F • Perform a spot test on a non-visible area or on non-laid materials if unfamiliar with the material or if in doubt regarding correct application times • Before use, protect doors, windows, rubber gaskets, furniture, taps and fittings, metal or PVC profiles and all surfaces that may be damaged by direct contact with the detergents • Spread the product only on perfectly clean and dry surfaces • Do not use in combination with other chemical products • Do not use under direct sunlight • Do not use the product on wet or heated surfaces • In the case of accidental leaks, soak up the product using an absorbent material (paper, sawdust, vermiculite, etc.) Water-based product Gives an extremely long-lasting non-slip effect Does not skin over or leave residue Does not require routine maintenance
