Apply the liquid membrane with a brush, roller or trowel on the pipework, spotlights or through-elements to be sealed with the special Litoband SK Pipes Collar gaskets on the fresh layer of membrane. Apply firm pressure to avoid the formation of air bubbles and folds. Apply a layer of liquid membrane with a brush, roller or trowel on the corners, pipework, drains and junctions between the sheets so that all Litoband SK accessories are embedded. The liquid membrane must cover an area a few centimeters (inches) larger than that of the accessories. The first coat of the waterproof membrane can then be applied on the entire surface. In any case, the respective technical data sheets must be consulted for correct use of the indicated products. After applying the Litoband Koll adhesive, apply the Litoband SK Pipes Collar gaskets and apply firm pressure with a smooth round-edged steel trowel to avoid the formation of air bubbles or folds. Floor drains must be sealed with the Litoband SK Self-Adhesive Drains Collar sheet in self-adhesive butyl, bonded directly to the Litoproof Extreme sheet after creating a hole in the middle with the same diameter as the drain, using a cutter.
