HydroStop Technical Specifications Hydro-expansive thermoplastic tape for sealing construction joints in concrete structures Product description Tape made from special modified, hydro-expansive thermoplastic elastomers, for waterproofing construction joints. Particularly suitable as a waterstop between the foundation slab and perimeter walls in concrete swimming pools. The expansion capacity is always reversible over time, unlike traditional sodium bentonite-based joints. The tape is suitable for both occasional and permanent contact, even with chlorinated water, and adapts to the volume defined by the enclosure, sealing the joints perfectly Concrete Reinforced concrete Swimming pools and fountains Basements Do not use HydroStop as an expansion joint or structural joint.
