It is easily applied with a smooth steel trowel and, when used in combination with the HydroBand Anti-Fracture range of accessories, creates a continuous waterproof barrier for swimming pools, outdoor areas and damp environments. It can also be applied over non-absorbent materials such as existing old tiles. HydroPad® Fast has a working time of over 45 minutes, with waiting times of 2 hours for the application of the second coat and 6 hours for the installation of the finish; it is designed for low-temperature conditions and partially damp substrates, or for use when the weather is uncertain and there is a risk of rain in the first few hours after application.
