FillGood EVO SINGLE COMPONENT, READY-TO-USE, STAIN-PROOF, WATER-BASED POLYURETHANE GROUT FOR COMPACT AND FLEXIBLE JOINTS WITH CONSISTENT AND LONG-LASTING COLORS. EXEMPT FROM HAZARD CLASSIFICATION. FillGood EVO is the innovative grout made from polyurethane resins in aqueous dispersion for the water-repellent grouting of ceramic, porcelain and vitreous mosaic tiles with joints between 1/16" and 1/4" (1 and 6 mm). ADVANTAGES / FEATURES • Ready to use • Reusable - Once grouting is complete, any leftover material, if stored in the original packaging at temperatures between +5°C (40°F) and +35°C (95°F), can be reused even after months, thus avoiding wastage • Ideal for large sizes and low thickness slabs • No preparation is needed and it prevents the release of dust into the environment, as normally occurs with cementitious products • No restrictions for transport over road, sea, air and rail • Stain-Resistant • Stable and consistent coloring on all types of tiles with exclusive chromatic effects • Extremely easy application and cleaning, even compared to regular cementitious grouts • Elastic • Colored by sintered quartz micro spheres, which are surface-colored, minimizing any ruìisk of staining • The particular fineness of the sintered quartz micro spheres allows for extremely smooth and compact finishes • Special water-repellent additives incorporated into the product drastically reduce the surface absorption of the grouts, making them water-repellent with “drop effect” • The FillGood EVO binder is made from polyurethane resins in aqueous dispersion which guarantee high stability against light, preventing yellowing or color variations caused by exposure to UV rays or artificial light sources • The product does not contain cement, eliminating efflorescence typical of cementitious products • FillGood EVO does not contain solvents, irritants or corrosive substances and does not need to be labeled like normal cementitious or epoxy products • User-friendly and very safe product to work with • Product exhibiths Very low volatile organic compound (VOC).
