The substrates must be clean, solid, compact, crack-free, properly cured and without rising damp. Cement, lime, gypsum residue or old binders can be mechanically removed by sanding, abrasion or using other suitable techniques. Anhydrite floors must be previously sanded and therefore dusted. Component A 33.3 parts by weight – Component B 66.7 parts by weight. Note: The two components are pre-batched in their respective packaging. Mixing the two components until smooth by shaking the can and bottle. Combine the two components in a single clean container and mix with care. The product can be applied with a brush, airless sprayer or roller across the entire surface. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, the product can be applied either pure or diluted with water up to a maximum of 20%. On low porosity and low absorbency substrates, apply the product diluted, while for high porosity and high absorbency products, apply the product pure. The thickness of the impregnated substrate is roughly 2- 3 mm (0.09 - 0.11 in) per 200 ml (0.053US gal lqd) of product applied to each square meter. Wait for the product to completely dry before moving on to the next steps. At a temperature of about 73.4°F (+23°C) approximately 12 hours are necessary for complete drying. Low temperatures will lengthen the setting time, high temperatures will shorten it. As a waterproofing agent, dilute with water up to 20% depending on the absorption of the substrate and apply the first coat evenly with a brush, airless sprayer or roller. • Spread the product at temperatures between 40°F and 90°F • Since the product is based on synthetic resins in aqueous dispersion, it must be protected against frost.
