Ready-to-use, anti-yellowing, solvent-free primer in aqueous dispersion for the anti-dust treatment of interior and exterior concrete floors. The product is characterized by excellent resistance to abrasion, water, oil and fuel. Suitable for sealing hairline cracks. The substrates must be clean, solid, compact, crack-free, properly cured and without rising damp. Cement, lime, gypsum residue or old binders can be mechanically removed by sanding, abrasion or using other suitable techniques. If the substrate is not perfectly flat or the level is incorrect, it can be evened before installation using suitable leveling or self-leveling products, for example Litoliv S40 Eco, Litoliv Extra 15, Litoliv Express or Litoplan Smart. The aesthetic effect will be improved and less Concrete Primer will be consumed. Any cracks must be repaired with Multifondo EVO, sprinkling the fresh surface with sand or dried quartz with granulometry 0.4-1 mm (0.016 - 0.039in). In any case, the respective technical data sheets must be consulted for correct use of the indicated products. Make sure the temperature of the substrates is at least +10°C (50°F) to allow the product to form a film. Apply Concrete Primer using a short pile roller, spreading it across the surface evenly without leaving any product build-up. It is recommended to apply two overlapping coats of product. The second coat must be applied when the first has completely dried (approximately 2 hours at a temperature of 73.4°F (+23°C)). Wait at least 24 hours after application of the second coat before opening the area to traffic. • Spread the product at temperatures between 50°F and 90°F • Since the product is based on synthetic resins in aqueous dispersion, it must be protected against frost.
