Overview of Hemclad® and Hembuild™ Systems
Hemclad® and Hembuild™ are sustainable pre-cast wall systems designed for commercial and industrial buildings. Both systems incorporate Tradical® Hemcrete®, a material known for its environmental benefits, including reduced carbon emissions and stable internal temperatures.

Hemclad® Pre-cast Wall Systems
Hemclad® combines Tradical® Hemcrete® with a timber cassette to create a cladding system that can be attached to steel or concrete frames. Key benefits include reduced carbon emissions, stable internal temperatures, and the use of sustainable materials. Hemclad® panels are available in U-values ranging from 0.13 to 0.25 W/m2K, providing excellent insulation and thermal inertia.

Hembuild™ Pre-cast Wall Systems
Hembuild™ offers a complete shell solution for 1-3 storey buildings, integrating the structural frame into the timber cassette. It provides options for panel supply, erection services, and a whole envelope solution. Hembuild™ panels offer U-values from 0.10 to 0.22 W/m2K and are suitable for sustainable homes and BREEAM excellent buildings.

System Support and Specification
Lime Technology provides comprehensive support, including system selection, specification, and product integration. They offer psi and U-value calculation services and can arrange dew-point analysis. Technical advice is available through their sales team and site support technicians.

Warranty and Training
The Tradical® Hemcrete® system is approved by LABC New Homes Warranty and Building Life Plans. Installation must be performed by trained installers, with Lime Technology staff overseeing certain stages. Training is available at their facilities in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and on-site supervision can be arranged.
