LUNA ROSSA Design by Antonio Sironi Description The name of this suspended light evokes the shape and colour of its half-spherical shade, the shade of which is artistically rusted, then waxed, thus making each light truly unique in character. The interior is white lacquered. White version with half-spherical shade in repoussé steel, the exterior and interior of which are finished in satin white lacquer. Blue version with half-spherical shade, the exterior of which is in bluish patinated steel; interior in satin-finished white lacquer. The light is held up by a taut steel cable (L 200 cm ) and supplied by a black cable. The light source is invisible since the ring of LEDs is concealed beneath a small white lacquered steel dome which allows the light to diffuse over the internal wall. LED ribbons totalling 24 W give off a light intensity of 1,700 Lumens, or the equivalent of a 130 W incandescent bulb. Colour temperature 3,100 K (warm white). The height indicated is that of the shade (fitting H 6 cm). Dimmable LED ribbon. In order to benefit from the LED ribbon's dimmer function the final customer must first obtain a dimmer/switch specifically for use with LED's - these may be purchased from most large specialist stores.
