The Mondrian table lamp by Cecilie Manz is in truth a minimalistic lighting design. The lamp appears as a line in the air, and breaks the traditional assumption of how a lamp should look. Mondrian is constructed of steel bar and pipe, and moulded parts has a white high-gloss lacquer finish. The translucent ring in moulded acrylic lights up when the lamp is lit, and indicates where to adjust the light.
