
The MB1100, MB1400, and MB1700 are flexible adjacent lifts designed and manufactured by Herkules Liftwerk GmbH in Germany. These lifts provide independent living solutions by enabling wheelchair accessibility over various lifting heights, suitable for overcoming up to nine or more steps inside or outside buildings.
The lifts feature a high-quality stainless steel construction that is resistant to heat, frost, rain, and wind, ensuring durability in outdoor environments. The flat design allows installation directly on level ground or surface-leveled, minimizing space usage and enabling near-invisible integration into traffic areas.
Optional pit installation allows for increased lifting height (up to 1790 mm) and includes features such as a drain in the middle of the pit. The concrete slab for installation should be flat, horizontal, and at least 150 mm thick (C20/25 grade), capable of supporting the lift weight plus additional loads.
The lifts can be installed with surface-level trafficability from up to three sites simultaneously, allowing flexible access and saving space. An adjacent exit option is available, enabling the lift to turn and exit to the left or right, facilitated by a large turn-around area.
Detailed dimension sheets are provided for each model (MB1100, MB1400, MB1700), including pit dimensions, lift dimensions, and installation requirements. The pit depths vary (60 mm for MB1100, 90 mm for MB1400 and MB1700). The drawings specify concrete slab requirements, fixing methods (heavy-duty dowels), and cable connection points.
Various call button designs are available, including surface-mounted and flush-mounted versions, with or without keys for security. Doors can be manual or equipped with automatic openers, designed with ergonomic swing ranges and safety features.
