Product Specifications
Laudescher's LINEA range includes panels with dimensions of 1,880 x 600 mm and 1,265 x 600 mm. The slats have a cross-section of either 42 mm (face) x 20 mm (height) or 22 mm (face) x 20 mm (height), with a spacing of 11.33 mm between them. The center distance of slats is 33.33 mm and 43.33 mm. The panels feature black rear counter-slats measuring 34 x 45 mm, with an overall thickness of 60 mm. The wood species used is Pine, with a surface mass of 11.9 kg/m² and an openness percentage of 28%.
Fitting System
The panels can be used for suspended ceilings, fitting on a T24 grid system, or by screwing according to NF EN 13964 and DTU 58-1 standards. For wall cladding, mechanical fixing by screwing is recommended, following DTU 36-2 and NF EN 14915 standards. The rear surface can be fitted with acoustic mineral wool tiles (2.4 kg/m²) surfaced with black fleece facing, though these are not supplied by Laudescher.
Acoustic Results
Acoustic absorption data, calculated according to ISO 11654, show that the LINEA 422 AL WALL + LR 20 mm on plenum E50 mm has a weighted index of αw = 0.55 and falls into absorption Class D. Similarly, the LINEA 422 AL CEILING + LR 20 mm on plenum E250 mm has a weighted index of αw = 0.50, also in Class D.
Fire Reaction
The panels have reaction to fire possibilities of Euroclass B-s1,d0 or B-s2,d0, depending on the species and finishes, as per EN 13501-1.
