A Grates
Ferrous alloys with carbon content above 2% are primarily gray and nodular cast iron. Gray cast iron solidifies with graphite flakes due to its high carbon and silicon content and slow cooling process, providing benefits such as high vibration damping, machinability, corrosion resistance, and low shrinkage. Nodular cast iron, enhanced by adding inoculants, forms graphite nodules, improving ductility and tensile strength to levels comparable to steel.
This process involves heating polymer powders like polyethylene, polypropylene, or PVC in a metallic mold with biaxial movement up to 300°C. This allows the polymer to fuse and distribute evenly. Cooling with compressed air solidifies the polymer, facilitating secure demolding.
Public lighting, adhering to EN 13201 standards, uses LED technology with a color rendering index above 75, a lifespan of 60,000 hours, and low energy consumption. Photovoltaic systems integrated into lighting poles store energy in batteries for nighttime use, reducing energy consumption from the network and installation time.
Electric shock protection is provided using the TT system, with measures for both direct and indirect contacts. Direct contacts are isolated with enclosures rated IP2X or higher, and high sensitivity differential devices are employed. Indirect contacts are managed with differentials based on circuit conditions. Thermal-magnetic breakers are used to protect against overloads and short circuits.
A variety of RAL colors is available, with additional colors available upon request.
