VITRIFIED STEEL tank water heaters with coils as the heat exchange system for the production of domestic hot water. Ideal for great heating power and high sporadic consumption requirements, they also have added advantages such as: • Over-dimensioned exchangers on exchange surface to provide the maximum domestic hot water production capacity with specific, high flows. • Optimum design of coils to achieve best system performance and the greatest heat exchange efficiency. • Elimination of cold zones in the storage tank to prevent the risk of bacterial proliferation (e.g. legionella bacteria). • Models with one exchange coil as the main heating source or with two exchange coils for combined systems, for example, solar panels (main source) and boiler (backup source). • Apt for incorporating an electric heating element. • With two inspection and cleaning ports (top and side). • Maximum storage capacity thanks to the over-dimensioned PU thermal insulation, with a design that allows up to 1,000-litre capacity models to fit through 800 mm wide doors; facilitating their installation in places with limited access. • Cathodic protection installed with magnesium anode and anode load measurer on front panel. Models CV-...-M1 The M1 model is equipped with an internal heating coil for the production of DHW by means of an external calorific source (boiler, solar panels, etc.) The 110 and 150-litre capacity wall models have a side housing for the ceramic heating element. From 200 litres upwards all of the models have a side connection to incorporate an “Incoloy 825”, electric immersion element as a backup heating source or the possibility of incorporating it in the bottom inspection port, as the main heating source (see table). Models CV-...-M2 The M2 model is equipped with two internal coils for the production of DHW, one at the bottom for the production of DHW by means of a main calorific source and another at the top, for backup source. The rest of the equipment and possibilities for electric heating, is the same as in the model M1. VITRIFIED STEEL Tank water heaters with heating coil for the production and storage of domestic hot water, made in Vitrified steel. Capacities: • With one heating coil (M1), for wall installation and vertical installation on floor: 110 and 150 litres. • With one heating coil (M1), for vertical installation on floor: 200, 300, 500, 800 and 1000 litres. • With two heating coils (M 2), for vertical installation on floor: 300, 400, 500, 800 and 1000 litres. They include, as a standard feature, a control panel with thermometer, regulation thermostat and charge anode gauge. As an option, electric elements can be installed in the storage tank as the main heating source or backup heating source, as well as the full control panel, with all of the regulating and control elements required for correct operation both in electric mode and in combination with another heating source. The heating elements and control panels are supplied in separate packaging. These tanks are thermally insulated with rigid, mould-injected, CFC free polyurethane PU foam and have external, removable, padded polypropylene lining in white RAL9016 and a top cover in grey RAL 7035.
