Continuous Low Pressure Laminate (CLPL®) is a proprietary technology developed by Lamitex. It enhances the materiality of decors, providing surfaces with unique visual and tactile effects.
This technology accurately replicates the grain, contrasts, and tactile sensations of various wood surfaces, achieving a high level of realism.
CLPL® is versatile and can be used in furniture, ceilings, wall paneling, doors, bedrooms, shops, adhesives, and edges. Its flexibility and compatibility with common adhesives make it suitable for low-temperature applications and complex shapes, including highly curved surfaces and soft 3D applications.
The manufacturing process includes flat lamination, membrane pressing, short-cycle pressing, and wrapping. These methods ensure the adaptability and quality of the laminates.
Lamitex products are free from harmful agents like phenols, PVC, or melamine, and no formaldehyde is added during production. This commitment to environmental sustainability is a core value of the company.
By using paper as a raw material and excluding plastic, CLPL® offers a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing solution for creating a coordinated Total Look.
An optional decorative embossing process is available, enhancing texture and depth with light play for realistic effects. There are eight different embossing options available upon request.
