The production of the Jazz Collection begins by mixing the dyes with the raw-material in a continuous dry colortech operation. The result of this is a homogeneous powder that is subsequently pressed in a single mode. After being pressed, the Jazz tiles are dried and receive an emulsion that will cover around 3% of its surface after the kiln operation.
