The Strada EE is designed to complete the Strada line of models, featuring both mechanical and electronic enhancements. The 'EE' initials signify the ease of brewing activation through a simple start and stop motion of the paddle, complemented by electronic pre-infusion.
The Strada EE incorporates semi-automatic technology with proportional steam valves and anti-reduction valves, allowing for the use of tall, to-go cups by adding an extra 2.5 cm (1 inch) in height.
Stainless steel portafilters and precision baskets are included to enhance cup quality and consistency.
These ensure unmatched thermal stability for consistent shot quality.
- Available in 2 or 3 group configurations.
