Product Overview: The Cube LS is a Bluetooth 4.0 Apt-X (HD) wireless speaker with auxiliary Mini-Jack, RCA, and Optical input options. It features a 100 watts RMS power output at 8 ohms, utilizing Class D amplification with DSP in a 2.1 configuration (1 x 50 watts + 2 x 25 watts). The speaker is designed to function as a high-fidelity audio system that can connect to various devices such as computers, tablets, smartphones, turntables, and TVs.
Components and Design: The Cube LS includes exclusive La Boite concept speakers, featuring a 13 cm double bass reflex woofer with an aluminum cone, two 8 cm full-range rear speakers with patented Wide Sound 2.0 technology, and two 6 cm aluminum bass reflex vent ports. The speaker is housed in a black lacquered wooden cabinet with natural aluminum knobs and control panel, complemented by a genuine full-grain black leather blotter and solid walnut or oak legs. Designed by Samuel Accoceberry with technical support from Yvon Maurel, the Cube LS combines aesthetic appeal with advanced acoustic engineering.
Research and Development: The Cube LS was developed over two years by CC LAB, La Boite concept’s research laboratory. It integrates traditional Hi-Fi principles with modern digital processing technologies, ensuring natural sound reproduction and compatibility with dematerialized music formats.
Technical Features: The central woofer is equipped with a double bass reflex system for enhanced bass performance. The rear full-range speakers, with their own internal reflectors, provide sound stability and immersive stereo sound, regardless of the Cube LS's placement in a room.
