Product Overview
GreenChoice flooring features a Stable-Guard core for enhanced visual and structural integrity. It offers a no-wax floor care system called Sweep N’ Go and is resistant to scratches, scuffs, and stains. The PEARLTOUCHTX finish provides a clean, slightly textured satin-like finish with a 9-layer UV cured Urethane and Aluminum Oxide coating.

Sustainability and Certifications
The product is designed sustainably using rapidly renewable materials and is FSC Factory Certified. It meets EO Indoor air quality standards and has CARB 1 Certification.

Warranty and Applications
GreenChoice offers a 27-year residential finish warranty, a 3-year light commercial warranty, and a limited lifetime structure warranty. It is suitable for residential and selected commercial applications on, above, or below grade. Installation options include float-in, glue, or staple down, with a precision fit tongue and groove system. It is also approved for use with radiant heat.

Wood is a natural product with inherent variations in color, tone, and graining. Display samples may not exactly match the final product due to these natural characteristics and exposure to sunlight. Color changes over time are expected and contribute to the uniqueness of the wood floor.

Specifications
The flooring is supplied by Kraus® and features a construction profile of 1/2” x 5” planks in oak or maple. It is available in smooth and wire-brushed finishes with medium-high color variations. The locking system is a tongue and groove with a 4-edge micro bevel.

Trim Options
Various trim options are available, including reducers, quarter rounds, wall bases, and stair noses, to complement the flooring installation.
