Product catalog summary
Adjustable Blade Variable Geometry Diffuser DVP

Description: The DVP model is designed for optimal air discharge in both cooling (horizontal) and heating (vertical) modes by adjusting its blades. It is available in nine sizes for manual operation and six sizes for motorized or thermo-adjustable versions.

Operation: The diffuser allows for horizontal, inclined, and vertical air discharge, with blade movement controlled manually, by an electric motor, or a thermal element based on air temperature.

Application: Ideal for high ceilings in airports, factories, and public buildings, the DVP diffuser is recommended for installations over 3.5 meters high, offering aesthetic appeal, ease of installation, and high air volume capacity.

Dimensions and Models: Available in nine sizes, the DVP comes in three models: manual (DVP), motorized (DVP-M), and thermo-adjustable (DVP-TR).

Finishes: Made of steel sheet, standard finish is RAL 9010, with other colors available upon request.

Identification: The code system identifies various sizes and models, with options for manual, motorized, and thermo-adjustable operations.

Quick Selection Tables: Tables provide data on air flow, neck velocity, throw distance, pressure drop, and sound power level for both horizontal and vertical discharges.

Noise Level Selection Graphs: Graphs illustrate noise and pressure drop for different air flows in both horizontal and vertical configurations.

Dimesions The DVP-type diffusers have a variable geometry and were designed to meet the air conditioning needs of areas which, depending on the thermal loads during the various seasons of the year, require cold or hot isothermal air. By changing the positioning of its blades, the direction of the outlet airflow is changed, thereby achieving a horizontal or vertical throw, as well as adjustment within several intermediate positions. - The DVP-type diffuser was designed by the Research & Development Department of KOOLAIR, S.A., and tested and calibrated in our own Distribution and Acoustic Laboratory,...
