AluFusion is an innovative residential door system that combines aluminium and PVC-U materials to create a unique and efficient solution for modern living spaces. This system is designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functional properties of residential doors.
- Material Composition: A fusion of aluminium and PVC-U, eliminating the need for a glazing bead.
- Thermal Insulation: Achieves a Uf value of 1.5 W/(m2K) without steel reinforcement and 1.6 W/(m2K) with steel, setting a high standard for energy efficiency.
- Design: Features a flush-mounted design with straight lines and butt-joined aluminium profiles, offering virtually unlimited colour schemes.
- Size Specifications: Maximum sash sizes are 1100 x 2300 mm without steel and 1200 x 2500 mm with steel.
- Glazing: Supports special functional glazing ranging from 24–40 mm.
- Sealing Properties: High sealing properties with a second continuous sealing level and additional protection against driving rain through an aluminium weather bar (class 6A).
- Threshold Design: Includes a thermal break, flush-mounted locking plate installation, and concealed fasteners for enhanced security and insulation.
