The KN Collection by Knoll is available in two versions: KN01 and KN02. They both share the swivelling base in polished or painted cast aluminium, with internal shock absorbers and a self-adjusting seat system for immediate comfort. Butterfly is an extraordinary classic, beginning with this history. Born in 1937, it was the brainchild of Antonio Bonet, Juan Kurchan, and Jorge Ferrari-Hardoy, putting it nearly thirty years ahead of its time in terms of unconventional seating.
