General Terms and Conditions of Sale

- Warranty: Motors have a 10-year warranty, electronic parts 2 years. Exclusions apply for assembly faults and improper installation.
- Prices and Payment: Prices exclude VAT and are subject to change. Late payments incur a 10% monthly penalty.
- Retention of Title: Goods remain property of Klassfan until full payment is received.
- Liability: Klassfan is not liable for indirect damages. Defective products will be replaced or reimbursed under warranty terms.
- Force Majeure: Klassfan is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen events like strikes or natural disasters.
- Disputes: Governed by Spanish law, with jurisdiction in the Commercial Court of Valencia, Spain.
