Product catalog summary
Overview: The document describes the D-Lock BSEN Access Flooring System, a raised access floor system that complies with the European Standard BSEN12825. It features a unique lock-down system for stability and minimal fixings, providing an economical solution for raised access floor voids.
Specifications: The panels are based on a 600mm module with a high-performance chipboard core. The machining process ensures required tolerances and includes a corner lock-down facility using a clamping washer and screw to prevent panel movement and unauthorized access.
Performance: The system is tested according to BSEN12825 standards. It offers finished floor heights from 73mm to 380mm with standard pedestals, and alternative pedestals for other heights. The ultimate load exceeds 4kN, with working loads of 1.33kN and 2kN for safety factors of 3 and 2, respectively. Uniformly distributed load is 7.5kN/m2 for D-Lock 30 and 10kN/m2 for D-Lock 38.
Construction: The panels are constructed from high-density particle board with lock-down provision. D-Lock 30 panels are 30mm thick, while D-Lock 38 panels are 38mm thick. The typical system weight is 26kg/m2 for D-Lock 30 and 31kg/m2 for D-Lock 38.
