INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Preparation of substrates Non-absorbent surfaces must be dry and absorbent ones must be dampened, both compact and clean, i.e. free of dust, grease and water-repellent treatments. Surfaces must be cleaned with a pressure washer and any loose debris removed. The surface to be smoothed must be dimensionally stable and the hygrometric shrinkage curing period already completed. On new concrete, remove the parting compound with a pressure washer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Preparation Prepare Rasobuild® Eco Top Fino in a clean container, first of all pouring in a quantity of water equal to approximately ¾ of that which will be required. Gradually add Rasobuild® Eco Top Fino to the container, mixing the paste from the bottom upwards with a low-rev (≈ 400/min) helicoidal agitator.
