BUILDING RANGE / Repair and reinforcement of reinforced concrete and masonry Kerabuild Ghiaia Concrete aggregate with grading curve 6-10 mm and 0.1-15 mm for the preparation of fluid, compensated shrinkage, self-compacting mortars and fine-grain concretes. Kerabuild Ghiaia is a washed and selected fine concrete aggregate with grading curve, compliant with EN 12620, suitable for the preparation of fluid and selfcompacting mortars and fine-grain concretes, compliant with EN 1504-3, class R4. PRODUCT STRENGTHS • Optimise the grading curve of the mortar according to the thickness of application • Excellent mixing properties with no additional water required • Excellent adhesion to hydraulic binders AREAS OF USE Use Washed and selected fine concrete aggregate with grading curve from 6 to 10 mm, suitable for the preparation of fluid and self-compacting mortars with compensated shrinkage, compliant with the requirements of Standard EN 1504-3 Class R4. For the applications that need particular thicknesses, add Kerabuild Ghiaia 6–10 in a ratio of 30% of the weight of the pourable mortar from the GeoLite® range.
