It consists of a cushion base, with a ﬁrst layer of a prefabricated, special, safety pad for playground ﬂooring, RAPIDFOAM 868, followed by two layers of PU PRIMER 870 with polyester net, and third layer a mixture of EPDM granules (granulometry 0.5-1.5mm) with PU BINDER 1178 in thickness of 15mm. Then follows the modiﬁed sealing, sandproof and waterproof pore ﬁller, KDF-PU 1055, with high elasticity in 2 crossing layers and the modiﬁed, sealing, UV-resistant, aliphatic, elastic, glossy top layer, KDF-PU 1056,in 3 crossing layers.
