  • Priming: Apply POLEPOX-PR 824 primer until saturation, creating a film. The consumption is 250-600 gr/m² in multiple layers based on the underlay's absorption.
  • Coating Application: After the primer hardens (2-12 hours), apply POLEPOX COAT 814 within 24 hours. The tool used depends on the desired thickness.
  • Flake Application: Evenly toss POLYFLAKE chips into the wet epoxy and allow to cure. Scrape off excess flakes.
  • Final Coating: Apply a clear PU VARNISH 807 coat for chemical resistance or PLASTICOAT 850, an epoxy clear coat.
