Product catalog summary
POLYPRIME PU 880 - Polyurethane-Based Primer
General Characteristics: POLYPRIME PU 880 is a transparent, two-component polyurethane resin used as a primer for industrial coatings. It ensures deep penetration and adhesion, ideal for both old and new cement surfaces, and reduces dust.
Technical Data: It is a liquid with a light brown color, viscosity of 50-300 mPa·s at 25°C, and density of 1.045 kg/lt. The mixing ratio is 70:30 by weight, with application temperatures between 12-35°C and adhesive strength over 3 N/mm².
Substrate Requirements: Concrete must be at least C20/25 quality, 30 days old, and have moisture content below 4%.
Preparation and Application: Surfaces must be dry and clean. Mix components A and B thoroughly and apply in two or more layers, ensuring the surface is saturated. Consumption is 200-400 gr/m².
Packaging and Storage: Available in 15 kg drums and 200 kg barrels. Store in dry places between 5°C and 35°C.
Remarks: Avoid prolonged storage of opened containers. Ensure temperatures are above 12°C during application. Do not use for filling cracks.
ELASTOPOL PU 883 - Polyurethane-Based Floor Coating
General Characteristics: ELASTOPOL PU 883 is a self-leveling, two-component floor coating suitable for medium to heavy traffic areas. It provides a seamless, easy-to-clean surface resistant to various chemicals.
Technical Data: It is a viscous liquid available in 17 colors, with viscosity of 3000-7000 mPa·s at 25°C and density of 1.81 kg/lt. The mixing ratio is 100:21 by weight, with application temperatures between 12-35°C.
Substrate Requirements: Concrete must be at least C20/25 quality, 30 days old, and have moisture content below 4%.
Preparation and Application: Surfaces must be dry and clean. Apply POLYPRIME PU 880 primer first. Mix components A and B of ELASTOPOL PU 883 and apply using notched trowels or rollers. For non-slip surfaces, add quartz sand. Consumption is 1.8 kg/m²/mm.
Packaging and Storage: Supplied in 25 kg sets. Store in dry places between 5°C and 35°C.
Remarks: Avoid prolonged storage of opened containers. Ensure temperatures are above 12°C during application. Clean surfaces thoroughly before each application.

Applied on dry surfaces, free of materials that might prevent bonding e.g. dust, loose particles, grease etc. The success in the application depends on the right preparation of the underlay and use of the material.  Good, dry cleaning of the surface from dust and residues. Caution must be taken so that temperature of the substrate as well as ambient air remains ο above 12 C during application and curing of the materials while relative environment humidity does not exceed 75%. Good mixing of components A (resin) & B (hardener) packed into separate containers in fixed weight proportions. Mixing...

precautions measurements of humidity with special device are suggested.   It cannot be applied in thickness for filling in cracks or holes. The cement subfloor must be thoroughly cleaned and smooth, moisture content below 4%. The application must take place in well-aired places using protective gloves. Skin or eye contact must be avoided, otherwise wash carefully with soap and water. For more information consult the material safety data sheet. Do not apply to floors if there is moisture in the subfloor drive or hydrostatic pressure. Prior precautions measurements of humidity with special device are suggested. In case old floors are going to be laid or a long period of time (more than 18 hours for summer and 36 hours for winter) interferes between successive layers, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned and grinded prior to application of a new layer. All surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned from dust and residues prior each application. Do not mix or apply unless surface, air and material temperatures are over 12°C during the next...
