Product Description KalsiDeck is a non combustible fiber cement panel, manufactured on Hatschek machine from a precise combination of cement, silica and natural organic reinforcing fibers. During the production, the boards are cured and stabilized in an autoclave process involving high temperature and pressure control, ensuring a final product with optimum dimensional stability and exceptional mechanical properties. 2. Applications KalsiDeck is suitable for internal or external intermediate flooring/ decking and staircase applications, a. can be directly finished with acrylic coating for decoration and weather-protection purposes b. can be directly finished with high performance coating for low traffic load area with expected performance such as anti-skid, weather resistance and/or abrasion resistance; for e.g recreational park/ swimming pool and other exposed areas etc It is a superb alternative to wooden deck floors by offering an incredibly lightweight solution with simple, fast and clean installation. The boards are available in Meranti texture in monolithic and longitudinal V-Line in middle of the board. 3. Avoid direct contact of dust with skin and eyes as they may cause irritation. The use of dust extraction equipment is advised.
