1 Setting up and connecting When setting up your milk frother, please note the following: Place the milk frother on a horizontal, stable surface that is not sensitive to water. Choose a spot for your milk frother which is protected against overheating. In the interests of hygiene, you should use a damp cloth to clean the machine base and milk container before starting the milk frother for the first time. Dry everything thoroughly. T Lift the milk container off and pour out the hot milk. CAUTION! Danger of scalding! Only hold the milk container by its handle. Do not touch the heating plate. T Place the milk container on a heat-resistant surface or back on the machine base. T Disconnect the mains plug and leave the machine to cool down. T Always clean the machine after use. 3 Cleaning We recommend that you clean the milk container every day with the JURA milk system cleaner.
