Infill materials include insulating glass units, natural stone, aluminium sheets, INAX® ceramics, and louvre sections. The finishes used are natural and black anodizing.

Additional Features: The project also included the installation of a glass roof, steel and stick system assemblies with glass panels, entrance fronts with canopies and doors, gates, aluminium and steel rooflight glazing, opening grilles, and stainless steel interior linings.

Construction Challenges: The complexity of the project was heightened by the multifaceted façade construction and specific alteration requirements. The existing structural floors could not support the façade loads, necessitating the suspension of large façade sections from a specially erected steel structure. Additionally, the site faced spatial constraints, requiring just-in-time delivery and erection of façade units directly from trucks due to the lack of storage space.
