Standard gratings and steps (please refer to: stocked products). • Semi-finished products • Standard manufacturing method • Step 3 JK technic’s pressed gratings are manufactured using techniques that allow for a top quality production (NF EN ISO 14 122-2 regulations). The material generally used to manufacture gratings is steel (S 235 JR). During the manufacturing process the transverse bars are inserted into the bearing bars. The product thus obtained can be hot-galvanised, in compliance with EN ISO 1461 regulations. • Serrations Single serration available • Safety mesh Safety mesh is sealed through a 20 mm diameter ball The black or galvanised mats or half-mats allow for an easy on site transformation (please refer to: stocked products).
