They are extremely resistant to corrosion, even when this is due to chemical agents. 30 x 30 mm mesh • Clamps for polyester gratings are made of stainless steel 316, and they are equipped with a U-bolt or with a disk, as well as with a screw and tab set for assembly. • Features and regulations • Self-destroying resin. • M1/F1 classification, in compliance with the regulations NFP 92-501 and NFF 16-101. • Regulations ASTM E84-0 index FSI =<25. • R13 Anti-slip (concave) in compliance with the regulations BGR 181 and DIN 51130. • Bearing in both directions. • Full and siliconized surfaces available. • Steps with siliconized nosing. On demand: - profiled for banisters, - stairs with or without crinoline. Steps with siliconized nosing with or without support. • Resin range • Orthophtalic Resin Colour: light grey (RAL 7040). Type: JK FIB Top (fire retardant) M1/F1. Resistant to a wide range of chemical products. • Isophtalic resin Colour: green (RAL 6010). Type: JK FIB Top Class (fire retardant) M1/F1. Highly resistant to corrosion and to chemical products. • Isophtalic resin Colour: light grey (RAL 7035). Type: JK FIB Top Class (fire retardant) M1/F1. Especially developed for the food industry. • Vinylester resin Colour: orange (RAL 2002). Type: JK FIB Top Corrosion. (fire retardant) M1/F1. Resistant to the strongest chemical aggressions.
