JARDINICO Caractère offers a sophisticated range of umbrellas that combine elegant design with robust construction. These umbrellas are crafted for seamless integration with outdoor environments, providing both sun protection and aesthetic enhancement.
Characteristics
The umbrellas feature a durable aluminum frame with a thickness of up to 3 mm and offer 360° rotation, except for the JCP.1 series. They have an octagonal design, a seamless transition from post to base, and include a minimalist stainless-steel base with all-terrain wheels. An automatic locking system and a waterproof protective case are also included.
The Series
The JARDINICO Caractère line includes 12 umbrellas and a modular daybed, suitable for various projects. The collection comprises four types: two with a central post (JCP.1 and JCP.2 series) and two with side posts (JCP.3 and JCP.4 series), focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and ease of use.
Customization
Customers can customize frame and canopy colors. Frames are available in four colors, and canopies can be selected from seven Sunbrella® fabrics or from the Sunbrella® Solid&Stripes or Natté collections.
Meet the Designers
Bruno Vandeputte, CEO of Jardinico Parasols, collaborated with Eveline Moreel from Lutho to create the JARDINICO Caractère line, combining aesthetics and functionality with technical insight to develop innovative umbrellas and a modular daybed.
Specifications
The umbrella is made from aluminum with flexible rib-ends and a mast measuring 100x100x3.5 mm. It is adjustable in height and operated by a hand crank. It includes 8 ribs and comes with a protective cover. It can withstand a maximum wind speed of 104.76 km/h and weighs 305 kg.
Materials and Fabrics
The umbrella and daybed use Sunbrella® fabrics, known for quality, colorfastness, water and dirt repellence, breathability, and mold resistance. The CleanGard® treatment enhances water repellency and stain resistance.
Daybed Features
The modular daybed features a sleek aluminum frame with an octagonal shape. It includes EzyDry foam cushions and Sunbrella outdoor fabric, allowing for relaxation with open or closed curtains.
Dimensions and Weight
The daybed measures 200x200x200 cm and weighs 100 kg.
Recommendations
Use all-weather EzyDry cushions and Sunbrella velum curtains for the daybed. Options for white and charcoal frames with different fabric colors are available.
Caring Instructions
To maintain Sunbrella® fabrics, brush off dirt, wipe spills immediately, and spot clean stains. Fabrics can be machine washed in cold water with mild detergent and bleach, then air-dried.
