- Independent access to the condensing unit without affecting the food space.
- Curved tempered safety glass that can be lifted or removed for cleaning.
- EASYCLEAN TRAYS SYSTEM® with stainless steel trays, avoiding unhygienic drains.
- Includes GN 1/3 x 40mm trays in all models.
- LED lighting for enhanced visibility.
- Available in 220V/50Hz and 115V/60Hz.
- Sliding smoked glass doors.
- Automatic defrost with programmable time, except for sushi cases.
Sushi Case Additional Features
- Double evaporator (upper and lower) to maintain precise temperature.
- Maintains humidity and temperature without air circulation to prevent drying out the fish.
- ZERO CONDENSATION SYSTEM® ensures no condensation inside the case.
- No defrost required.
- Reaches nominal low temperature of +1ºC/-1ºC quickly after being switched on.
- ANTIBACTERIAL EVAPORATOR SYSTEM DESIGN® prevents bacterial growth.
- Ambient temperature display for full control.
- External aluminum finishes available in black or silver.
